SummaryResponsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory control, manpower management, and compliance with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities·        Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.

·        Supervise warehouse manpower, allocate duties, and monitor attendance and productivity.

·        Handle inward and outward material activities, including receiving, checking, and dispatch.

·        Ensure proper storage, identification, and movement of materials.

·        Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical stock verification.

·        Monitor picking, packing, loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.

·        Ensure timely order processing and adherence to client/SLA requirements.

·        Coordinate with clients, transporters, vendors, and internal teams for operational requirements.

·        Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reports.

·        Monitor damages, shortages, excess stock, and discrepancies and take corrective action.

·        Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S practices within the warehouse.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and client SOPs.

·        Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance requirements.

·        Identify operational issues and implement suitable corrective measures.

·        Support audits, stock reconciliation, and other client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications·        Graduate preferred; relevant warehouse/logistics experience will also be considered.

·        5–10 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a service warehouse environment.

·        Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.

·        Experience in manpower handling and team supervision.

·        Basic knowledge of MS Excel, inventory/ERP/WMS systems.

·        Good communication and coordination skills.

·        Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
