2D ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTSMAN

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 2D Draughtsman. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on design specifications and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of drafting principles, proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality drawings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·     Create detailed and accurate while interpreting and analysing technical drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software and other drafting tools.

·     Ensure that drawings adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and standards.

·     Review and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.

·     Prepare and update documentation, including drawing sets, specifications, and material lists.

·     Adhere to project timelines and deliver drawings within specified deadlines.

·     Assist in training and mentoring junior draughtsmen, as required.

Eligibility:

·     Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

·     Proven experience as a Draughtsman in India, preferably in the construction or architectural industry.

·     Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and other drafting tools.

·     Strong understanding of drafting principles, standards, and practices.

·     Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes in India.

·     Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.

·     Must have UBBL and EOD portal knowledge and technique
