Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Medical Courses (Education Counselling)

MGA Medical Global Academy provides online and offline medical courses and hospital training programs for doctors and medical professionals across India and international markets.

We're looking for a confident, target-driven Inside Sales Executive who can counsel prospects, build trust, follow up consistently, and convert leads into admissions.

Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi (9/3a, Country Club Drive Road, Aya Nagar Phase 1, Ghitorni, New Delhi, Delhi, India)

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 6 months–2 years | strong communication skills are welcome

What You'll Do

Counsel doctors and medical professionals about our courses through Education Counselling and Academic Counselling

Connect with leads through B2C Sales calls, Telesales, WhatsApp, and regular follow-ups

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable programs using active listening

Handle questions, objections, and negotiation confidently to move prospects toward Sales Closing

Drive Lead Conversion and Inside Sales targets through consistent, professional follow-up

Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and admission records

Manage a high volume of daily calls and follow-ups with strong time management

Coordinate with internal teams — clear team communication is key to smooth onboarding

Professionally handle Indian and international clients

- What We're Looking For

Good communication and convincing skills; comfortable with English speaking

Strong interest in sales, counselling, and customer handling

Confident on calls with the ability to build rapport quickly through active listening

A consistent follow-up, negotiation, and closing mindset

Target-oriented, punctual, disciplined, and professional in all client interactions

Prior experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Admission Counseling, or Academic Counselling preferred (freshers welcome)
