Job Title: Tele Counsellor
Location: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (Infini Music Academy)
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
Timings: 11am to 7.30pm
Job Description:
We are hiring a Tele Counsellor for our Indirapuram branch of Infini Music Academy.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with interested leads from Instagram and Google Ads (No cold calling)
- Convince potential students to visit the academy for counselling and trial classes
- Manage admission database and batch scheduling
- Handle student queries and coordinate with faculty
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Comfortable talking to students and parents on the phone
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Must be organized and punctual
