Job Description
Academic Trainer – Preschool
| Role: Academic Trainer
| Experience: 2–5 Years
| Travel: Pan India
- Travel to partner schools and provide training to preschool teachers.
- Conduct training on curriculum, lesson planning, classroom management and activities.
- Train teachers on parent counselling and effective parent communication.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback & improvement guidance.
- Support new teachers with induction and academic training.
- Ensure consistent implementation of curriculum, academic standards and SOPs across schools.
Requirements: Good communication & presentation skills, preschool teaching/training experience, and willingness to travel extensively.
