Account Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to handle day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, and taxation work. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, Excel, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting: Maintain day-to-day entries in Tally, manage ledgers, bank reconciliation, and petty cash

- GST: Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, handle GST reconciliation (2B vs Books), and e-invoicing

- TDS: Calculate and deduct TDS, file TDS returns (24Q, 26Q), and issue Form 16/16A

- Taxation: Assist in Income Tax Return filing, advance tax calculation, and audit preparation

- Payroll & Compliance: Assist in salary processing, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances

- Documentation: Maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial records

- Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, debtor/creditor ageing, and assist in monthly closing

Requirements:

- Qualification: http://B.Com / http://M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)

- Skills: Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), Busy / Zoho Books (added advantage)

- Knowledge: GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF & ESI

- Good communication and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
