Account Relationship Executive (Voice/Blended Process)

RichHarbor is looking for a Account Relationship Executive (Voice/Blended Process) responsible for generating, qualifying and managing inbound and outbound leads and creating a consistent pipeline of qualified client and partner opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate outbound leads from RH's existing database and targeted prospect lists.
• Handle and qualify inbound enquiries from digital, website, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Conduct outbound calling, follow-ups and prospect engagement.
• Identify potential HNI/UHNI clients, financial professionals and distribution partners.
• Understand prospect requirements and assess business potential.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the Wealth Management and Distribution teams.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in CRM.
• Re-engage existing and inactive leads to generate fresh opportunities.
• Track lead performance, conversion and meeting outcomes.
• Work closely with the Wealth Manager and Digital Growth team to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Candidate Profile1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, telesales, business development or BFSI.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
• Strong research and prospect-identification skills.
• Target-oriented, disciplined and proactive.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in BFSI, wealth management, insurance, financial products, investment services or B2B lead generation will be preferred.
