Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
  • Handle loan disbursement, repayment and collection entries.
  • Perform bank, ledger and loan account reconciliation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
  • Maintain accounts payable/receivable and expense records.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Collection, RM and Operations teams.
  • Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
  • Support audits and maintain proper financial documentation.
  • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial/customer records.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of accounting, MS Excel, Tally/ERP, reconciliation, basic GST/TDS, analytical skills and attention to detail. NBFC/Banking/FinTech experience preferred.
