Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and financial activities of our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
  • Purchase & sales billing and invoicing
  • GST, TDS & other statutory compliance
  • Bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
  • Purchase, sales, expenses & payment entries
  • Debtors & creditors management
  • Stock/inventory accounting and reconciliation
  • Preparation of MIS and monthly reports
  • Coordination with CA for taxation and audits
  • Maintain proper records and documentation

Requirements:

  • 5 years plus of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Tally Prime, GST & MS Excel
  • Manufacturing/factory accounting experience preferred
  • Good communication and attention to detail
  • Timing- 10am to 8:30pm
