Job Description
Accountant & Dispatch Executive
We are hiring an Accountant & Dispatch Executive to manage basic accounting and daily order dispatch operations.
Responsibilities:
• Handle daily accounting entries, invoices & payments
• Maintain sales/purchase records
• Process customer orders and prepare invoices
• Coordinate packing, courier & dispatch
• Maintain dispatch and stock records
• Handle basic Excel/Tally work
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing
Requirements:
• 12th/Graduate
• Basic knowledge of Tally & MS Excel
• 1–2 years experience preferred
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Responsible and punctual
