Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime.
  • Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal and contra entries.
  • Maintain and reconcile bank, cash, customer and supplier ledgers.
  • Prepare and verify GST invoices, purchase bills and sales bills.
  • Perform bank reconciliation (BRS) and ledger reconciliation.
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Prepare monthly reports and assist in finalization of accounts.
  • Ensure proper documentation and accurate accounting entries.
  • Handle basic Excel work related to accounting and reporting.
