Job Description
- Record accounting transactions, including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Verify supplier invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in TDS and GST compliance.
- Maintain petty cash records and employee expense statements.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, stores, and production departments for accounting documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records and documents.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of Computers especially tally and excel
