Job Description

We are looking for a male Accountant / Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and financial activities at our company located in Kundli Industrial Area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and maintain petty cash on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and manage billing/invoices.
  • Maintain daily incoming and outgoing entries.
  • Maintain ledgers and accounting records.
  • Handle cash transactions and expense records.
  • Prepare and maintain daily accounting reports.
  • Manage salary distribution/payments and related records.
  • Enter and maintain all accounting transactions in BUSY Accounting Software.
  • Reconcile cash and ledger balances regularly.
  • Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, receipts and payments.
  • Coordinate with management regarding daily financial transactions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in accounting and billing.
  • Good knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software.
  • Knowledge of ledger, petty cash, billing and daily accounting entries.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Responsible, trustworthy and disciplined.
