Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain company databases and client records.
  • Administrative Support: Handle filing, document processing, and basic office correspondence.
  • Financial Operations: Process invoices, maintain expense logs, and handle basic accounting functions.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal departments (like sales, HR, and operations) to resolve workflow discrepancies.
  • Research & Reporting: Compile and analyze data to prepare reports for management.

Core Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and strong typing speed.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and strong communication skills.
