Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students regarding courses, explain program details, follow up with enquiries, and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and programs.
• Handle incoming enquiries, calls, and walk-in prospects.
• Explain course details, fees, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students to achieve admission targets.
• Maintain student records, lead data, and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate documentation and assist students throughout the admission process.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain positive relationships with students.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, educational counselling, or sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Strong follow-up, lead management, and target-achievement abilities.
• Positive attitude and professional behaviour.
