🎓 Qualification: Graduation
12th Pass candidates can also apply if they are LIC/Insurance Agents with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
🎯 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITY
AGENT RECRUITMENT & DEVELOPMENT IS THE PRIME DUTY
✔ Recruit & develop Insurance Agents
✔ Activate and support agents
✔ Generate business through the agency network
✔ Conduct field sales calls & customer meetings
✔ Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets
