Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Lead Generation: Research and identify new business opportunities, potential customers, dealers, and clients in the assigned territory.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients into business customers through regular field visits and follow-ups.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Product Promotion: Promote the company's products and services by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable solutions.
- Field Sales Activities: Conduct regular market visits, meet customers, generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and develop business opportunities.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, timely order processing, and seamless delivery of products and services.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market developments, industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting & Feedback: Submit regular sales reports, customer visit updates, lead status, and market feedback to the reporting manager and management team.
- Business Development: Explore new markets and expand the company's presence within the assigned geographical area.
- Outstation Travel: Must be willing to travel outside Delhi, including other cities and states, as and when required by the company for business development and client meetings.
