Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager (B2B Sales)

Location: PAN INDIA

Department: B2B Sales

Experience: Minimum 3–6 years in B2B Sales

Industry Preference: ELECTRICAL VEHICLE BATTERIES INDUSTRY


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard potential business clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Plan and conduct field visits (10–15 days/month) for lead generation, relationship management, and closing sales deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
  • Monitor sales performance in the area and report regularly to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Track competitor activities and share actionable insights.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely collections as per company policy.
