Job Description
Job Title: Area Sales Manager (B2B Sales)
Location: PAN INDIA
Department: B2B Sales
Experience: Minimum 3–6 years in B2B Sales
Industry Preference: MOBILE BATTERIES & ACCESSORIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify, approach, and onboard potential business clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Plan and conduct field visits minimum 15 to 18 days for lead generation, relationship management, and closing sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Monitor sales performance in the area and report regularly to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track competitor activities and share actionable insights.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely collections as per company policy.
