AutoCAD Designer

We are looking for an experienced HVAC AUTO CAD Designerr with Experience: 4–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC CAD Designer with 4–5 years of experience in HVAC drafting, designing, and preparing detailed engineering drawings for commercial and industrial projects.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, HVAC layouts, ducting systems, and coordination with project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

(1)Prepare HVAC layout drawings, ducting layouts, piping layouts, and equipment installation drawings using AutoCAD.

(2)Develop HVAC shop drawings, working drawings, sections, and detailed drawings as per project requirements.

(3)Prepare drawings for ductable ACs, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, cassette units, and ventilation systems.

(4)Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure proper coordination.

Prepare duct routing,

(5)equipment positioning, and HVAC coordination drawings.

(6)Incorporate revisions based on consultant comments and site requirements.

(7)Coordinate with HVAC engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve design and installation issues.

(8)Ensure drawings comply with project specifications,

(9)Applicable standards, and approved layouts.

Maintain drawing records, 

(10)Revision logs, and as-built drawings.

Support the engineering team in preparing material take-offs and BOQs, as required.

(11)Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma in Auto Cad Degree in Designing relevant technical qualification.

(12) 4–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC CAD drafting and design.Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge 

Good understanding of HVAC ducting, piping, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems.

(13)Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

(14)Knowledge of HVAC symbols, drawing standards, and coordination practices.

(15)Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines.

(16)Preferred Experience

Experience working on commercial buildings, offices, hospitals, hotels, malls, or industrial HVAC projects will be preferred.
