Location: Chandan Vihar, Near Sai Chowk, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi - 110084
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated Health Advisors & Health Consultants with a strong passion for the Ayurveda industry.
We need professionals who are good listeners, possess exceptional communication skills, and have the ability to understand customer needs (Customer Need Creation). In this role, you will guide our customers about natural Ayurvedic solutions for gut health, digestion, gas, acidity, and overall stomach wellness, provide accurate health insights, and build genuine trust with them over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Need Creation & Consultation: Listen carefully to customers' health concerns regarding digestion, gas, acidity, and poor gut health, and help them realize the right natural Ayurvedic solutions for their well-being.
Effective Communication & Listening: Act as a patient and good listener, using clear, polite, and persuasive communication skills over phone calls.
Product Guidance: Provide accurate and detailed information about our natural Ayurvedic range formulated for stomach and digestive care.
Order Conversion: Guide customers through their health journey and successfully close orders over the phone.
Requirements & Skills:
Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in the Ayurveda, Herbal, Healthcare, Tele-sales, or Wellness industry will be preferred.
Core Traits: Strong listening ability, excellent conversational skills in Hindi, and a natural knack for understanding customer needs and closing sales.
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Confident and communicative freshers with an active mindset are also welcome).
Salary & Earning Potential:
Salary Range:₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives combined). Earn more as you perform better!
