Back Office Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Backend Sales Executive to support the sales team, manage customer communication, generate leads, and ensure smooth coordination from enquiry to order closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers regularly.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with the field sales team and internal departments.
• Maintain customer and lead databases accurately.
• Process orders and coordinate with operations for timely delivery.
• Track sales enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
• Build positive relationships with customers and support customer retention.
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Customer-service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
• Sales-oriented and target-focused approach.
