Backend Operations - Business Loans

MoneySquad (AltMoney Technologies Pvt Ltd) is looking for an experienced Backend Executive – Business Loans (Operations Executive) to join our growing team. If you have prior experience in processing Business Loan files and coordinating with banks/NBFCs, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage Business Loan applications from login to disbursement.
• Verify customer documents and maintain complete case files.
• Coordinate with customers, Relationship Managers, banks, and NBFCs.
• Follow up for pending documents and application status.
• Upload and maintain files on lender portals.
• Track approvals, sanctions, disbursements, and payouts.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all loan cases.
• Maintain MIS and daily operational reports.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Loan Operations is mandatory.
• Experience with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, or loan distribution companies preferred.
• Good understanding of Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, OD/CC, and Term Loans.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Ability to handle multiple loan cases efficiently.
