Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Executive to handle daily billing, sales and purchase entries, documentation, and record maintenance using BUSY Software.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily sales invoices and bills.
  • Record sales and purchase entries in BUSY.
  • Verify invoice details, quantities, rates, GST, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain customer and supplier records.
  • Manage billing, purchase, delivery, and other office documents.
  • Handle daily filing and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate billing and accounting records in BUSY Software.
  • Assist in preparing daily/monthly sales and purchase reports.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales team for billing-related work.
  • Perform other routine billing and documentation tasks as required.
