Job Description
Hiring: Billing Executive
📍 Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi
💰 Salary: ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month
⏳ Experience: Minimum 2 years
🎓 Qualification: B.Com preferred
🕒 Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM | Sunday Off
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare GST sales invoices using Tally Prime 7.1.
- Handle Salesforce CRM Order-to-Invoice processes.
- Generate E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.
- Verify invoice details, GST rates, HSN codes, quantities, and billing information.
- Manage 30–40 sales invoices daily with accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with billing procedures and GST requirements.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Tally Prime and GST billing.
- Knowledge of E-Invoice, E-Way Bill, and MS Excel.
- Salesforce CRM knowledge preferred.
- Experience in polymer, plastic, or chemical trading will be an advantage.
