Ela Greens | Delhi NCR | Full-Time | Field-Based
About Ela Greens
Ela Greens is a Kochi-based clean-food and sustainable agriculture startup expanding its presence in Delhi NCR. We work across hydroponic farming, fresh produce, healthy food products and sustainable food solutions.
The Role
We are looking for a confident, outgoing and highly influential individual who loves meeting people, building relationships and creating business opportunities.
Your role is to be the face of Ela Greens in Delhi NCR, actively developing relationships and converting opportunities into sales.
What You'll Do
* Build relationships with café and restaurant owners, cloud kitchens, hotels and procurement managers.
* Connect with residential associations (RWAs), gated communities and apartment managers.
* Develop partnerships with gyms, corporate offices, institutions and food businesses.
* Identify new sales channels, customers and business opportunities.
* Conduct field visits, arrange meetings, negotiate and close deals.
* Generate revenue and develop long-term customer relationships.
* Actively explore the market and identify opportunities for Ela Greens to grow.

* Someone who enjoys being in the field rather than sitting behind a desk.
* Self-motivated, ambitious and comfortable approaching new people.
* Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
* Strong sales instinct and willingness to take ownership.
* Familiarity with Delhi NCR is an advantage.
