Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and drive business growth in the Job Portal / Recruitment Industry.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the job portal industry, with a strong understanding of recruitment solutions, job posting services, database services, and B2B sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Connect with HR professionals, recruiters, business owners, and corporate clients.
• Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable job portal plans and solutions.
• Promote and sell job posting, database, subscription, and other recruitment-related services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and online meetings with clients when required.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Job Portal / Recruitment Industry is mandatory.
• Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR industry.
• Ability to handle corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace will be an advantage.

Preferred CandidateCandidates who have previously worked with job portals, recruitment platforms, HR-tech companies, or recruitment solution providers will be preferred.
