Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who can manage online leads, social media activities and e-commerce enquiries.

The primary responsibility is to communicate with leads/enquiries, understand their requirements, provide relevant information, and coordinate with them professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and communicate with leads received through online platforms - social media and e-commerce platforms
• Follow up with enquiries and maintain regular communication
• Manage social media activities including posting content and uploading captions
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries on social media
• Communicate with potential customers/leads over calls, messages ande email
• Maintain lead records and follow-up status
• Coordinate with the internal team for lead conversion and order-related queries

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Social Media, E-commerce or a similar role
• Good English communication skills – verbal and written
• Comfortable speaking with online leads and customers
• Basic understanding of Amazon, Flipkart and e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of social media posting and captions
• Good follow-up and communication skills
• Male candidates preferred
