Role OverviewWe are looking for a smart, energetic, and field-oriented person who wants to build a career in real estate, sales, business development, and proptech operations.

The role will involve a mix of real estate sales, client site visits, builder meetings, property coordination, marketing activities, and pitching new innovative products such as MagicPass, gate management systems, builder marketing tools, and other Genie products.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is eager to learn, confident in meeting people, and comfortable working both on the field and from the office.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesReal Estate Sales & Client HandlingSpeak to clients and understand their property requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct property site visits.
  • Share property details, photos, videos, pricing, and availability with clients.
  • Follow up with clients after site visits.
  • Maintain client notes, visit feedback, and next steps.
  • Support senior team members in closing real estate transactions.
  • Builder & Market CoordinationMeet builders, brokers, property owners, and society representatives.
  • Collect updated inventory, prices, construction status, photos, videos, and project details.
  • Build relationships with local builders and market participants.
  • Keep the internal property database updated.
  • Business Development & Product PitchingPitch Genie’s innovative products to builders, societies, RWAs, and property owners.
  • Explain products such as MagicPass, gate management systems, society solutions, and marketing services.
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, calling, WhatsApp, and local outreach.
  • Help onboard new builders, societies, and business partners.
  • Operations & CoordinationSchedule meetings, site visits, builder calls, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain daily reports of leads, meetings, visits, and pending tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for marketing material, property information, client updates, and product demos.
  • Ensure that all data is properly updated in Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp groups, and internal systems.
  • Marketing ActivitiesSupport local marketing campaigns and society-level activations.
  • Assist in distributing brochures, digital creatives, WhatsApp campaigns, and promotional material.
  • Coordinate with photographers, designers, content creators, and marketing partners when required.
  • Help collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
  • Ideal Candidate ProfileFresher or 0–1 year experience in sales, business development, real estate, operations, customer handling, or field work.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Confident in meeting clients, builders, brokers, and society representatives.
  • Comfortable with field visits across South Delhi / Delhi NCR.
  • Presentable, disciplined, and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Should have strong follow-up skills and ownership mindset.
  • Real estate knowledge is a plus, but not compulsory.
