Job Description
Manager - Hospital Partnerships (Locum Services)
Location - Delhi NCR – With Travel Required
Experience : 2+ Years
Employment Type - Full-Time
Primary Objective: Acquire hospitals that require temporary doctors and generate recurring locum bookings and get Staffing requirements.
Daily Responsibilities
- Visit hospitals and meet Administrators, HR Heads, Medical Superintendents, and Medical Directors.
- Understand speciality-wise doctor shortages.
- Sign empanelment agreements.
- Push HealTrack as the preferred locum partner.
- Gather advance rosters and recurring requirements.
- Build strong relationships with administrators for repeat business.
Target Customers
Priority 1
- 50 to 300 bed hospitals
- NABH hospitals
- Multi-speciality hospitals
