Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Acquisition:

• Identify and pursue potential clients needing tax consulting services.
• Promote tax solutions to individuals, small businesses, or corporations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through cold calls, networking, and referrals.

• Understand client tax needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with tax consultants to ensure accurate representation of services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals.

• Stay informed about current tax laws, regulations, and consulting services.
• Explain complex tax topics in a simple, client-friendly way.
• Train clients on how to use tax preparation software or services where applicable.

• Coordinate with the internal tax advisory team for customized client solutions.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and support the documentation process.
• Provide follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Specific Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales, preferably in financial services or tax consulting.
