The Mission

Build Aqualens into India's category-defining cosmetic lens brand.

Cosmetic lenses sit exactly where beauty meets self-expression — they're an accessory, a look, a statement. We need someone with genuine fashion and beauty sensibility to own Aqualens in India end-to-end: P&L, growth strategy, and operational execution across retail, e-commerce, and marketing.

You'll run Aqualens as a founder would — setting the strategy, building the team, and making the commercial, brand, and creative calls that turn it into the category leader.

🔑 What You'll Own

1 · Business Strategy & P&L

Own Aqualens India's P&L end-to-end. Define the growth strategy — colour/style range, channel mix, pricing, expansion roadmap. Position Aqualens as Lenskart's fashion-first cosmetic lens brand and decide where to invest to maximise growth and return.

2 · Fashion, Range & Channel Execution

Treat the range like a fashion line — drops, seasonal colourways, hero shades that drive desire and full-price sell-through. Drive growth across the app, website, and D2C channels. Build new channels: beauty marketplaces, influencer collabs, makeup/fashion crossovers.

3 · Brand, Marketing & Consumer Experience

Own Aqualens' brand voice and aesthetic — bold, aspirational, beauty-native. Set the direction for brand campaigns, creators, community, and performance marketing. Build a deep read on India's Gen Z and Millennial beauty consumer to keep the proposition ahead of the curve.

4 · Global Coordination & Team Leadership

Be the primary interface between the global brand team and India leadership. Work across Retail, E-commerce, Category, Supply Chain, and Finance. Build and mentor a lean, high-performing, fashion-fluent India team.

✅ What We're Looking For

→ Proven P&L ownership and D2C brand-building experience — ideally in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle

→ A genuine eye for fashion, beauty, and trend — you feel where colour and styling are heading

→ Entrepreneurial track record with founder-like ownership

→ Strong grounding in brand building, retail operations, and style-led consumer behaviour

→ Experience working with global teams, balancing brand consistency with local relevance

→ Bachelor's / Master's in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field · MBA preferred
