Job Description

• Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function.

• Develop financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and business plans.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, profitability, and financial performance.

• Ensure timely and accurate MIS, financial reporting, and management reporting.

• Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, audits, and taxation 

• Manage banking relationships, fund requirements, and financial controls.

• Drive cost optimization and improve financial efficiency.

• Establish and strengthen internal controls, processes, and financial policies.

• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the management.

• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
