Job Opening: B.Tech Civil Engineer (Building Construction & Interior Fit-Out)

We are seeking a highly experienced B.Tech Civil Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in building construction and interior fit-out projects.

Requirements:

•B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

•3 to 5 years of relevant experience in building construction and interior fit-out works.

•Strong knowledge of finishing works, including flooring, painting, false ceilings, joinery, wall finishes, and related activities.

•Ability to supervise site activities and ensure quality standards.

•Knowledge of project planning, material management, and contractor coordination.

•Proficient in reading construction drawings and executing work as per specifications.

•Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

•Supervise and manage building construction and interior fit-out works.

•Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.

•Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

•Ensure timely completion of finishing and fit-out activities.
