CMS EXECUTIVE

Department: Central Operations / Security

Working Hours: 24×7 Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm panels, panic alerts, motion/PIC sensors, shutter and magnetic contacts.
• Verify and respond to security alerts as per defined SOPs and escalate critical incidents promptly.
• Coordinate with branch staff, security personnel, police, and vendors during alerts or incidents.
• Monitor branch visits during night hours and maintain proper records.
• Conduct basic health checks of CCTV, alarm panels, and sensors; report and follow up on faults with vendors.
• Maintain updated emergency contact details of branches, police, security personnel, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Review CCTV footage and retrieve recordings for incident verification when required.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, shift reports, MIS, and data-entry records.
• Ensure proper shift handover and maintain confidentiality of surveillance and security information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate.
• Fresher or any Experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, security, or data entry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, MS Excel, and computer applications.
• Good typing accuracy, observation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
