Job Description
Unifin Experts is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented collections executive to join the growing team. If you have strong communications skills and passionate about understanding the lending industry, we would love to head from you!
Key Responsibilities: -
- Pre-collections-follow up with customers with reminders or pre-closure request, ensuring timely payment.
- Maintain accurate record and daily reports of your collection numbers
- Monitor performance against set parameters
- Work with internal sanction and accounts team, ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Proficient with in-house CRM for accurate record-keeping and reporting
- Coordinate with account & disbursement team
