We are looking for a talented Communication Head and Relationship Manager to own client communication and the firm’s multi-platform publication work.

The role requires someone who can write well [headings, emails and correspondence etc.], manage relationships [on phone calls and online] with care, and run a disciplined uploading of write-up content [only uploading and no content creation], in pipeline across digital channels.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage client relationships in a professional-services setting with clarity, follow-through, and discretion.

•⁠ Digitally publish firm-provided written content i.e. articles, updates, and announcements, on the firm’s website, LinkedIn, X, and allied channels.

•⁠ Prepare SEO, headlines, and supporting visuals; maintain a regular publication cadence, including monthly newsletters.

•⁠ Use CRM and collaboration tools to coordinate internal and external communication: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and content-management platforms.

✅ Who Should Apply?

•⁠ ⁠1 to 2 year’s of relevant experience. 

•⁠ ⁠Strong writing, research & deadline management skills.

•⁠ Excellent spoken and written English.

•⁠ Strong communication skills and demonstrated experience in client-relationship management.

•⁠ Hands-on working knowledge of CRM systems and the tools listed above.
