Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Computer Operator and Telecaller to join our team at HairTaria.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle basic computer work and data entry.
- Maintain customer records and company data.
- Make calls to customers and follow up with them.
- Answer customer queries and provide product information.
- Manage WhatsApp messages and customer enquiries.
- Maintain daily work reports.
- Support the team in daily office work.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to speak politely with customers.
- Freshers can also apply.
