📍 Job Location: Okhla Phase I, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi, Delhi, India

💼 Employment: Full-time | Work from Office

🗓️ Working Days: 6 days a week

🕐 Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month, based on experience and skills

About the Role

We are looking for a Video Content Creator who can take ownership of creating engaging video content for YouTube and Instagram.

The ideal candidate should be confident on camera, creative with ideas, comfortable with research and scripting, and able to turn topics into clear, engaging videos.

🎬 Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant content topics, trends and audience interests.
• Generate fresh video ideas and proactively suggest new content concepts.
• Write and develop clear, engaging video scripts.
• Present videos confidently and naturally on camera in Hindi/Hinglish.
• Shoot video content independently or work with a camera operator/team during shoots.
• Experiment with different content formats, hooks and storytelling approaches.
• Coordinate with the technical team when required to understand and fact-check technical information.
• Travel to different workshop locations when required for shoots.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of content creation experience through professional work, freelance projects or serious personal projects.
• 12th pass or above.
• Prior on-camera content creation experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in front of the camera.
• Fluent and comfortable in Hindi/Hinglish for on-camera presentation.
• Strong creativity and ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
• Proactive, self-driven and comfortable taking ownership of content.
• Natural and relatable presentation style.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with a team.
• Must have a smartphone capable of shooting good-quality video.
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
