Job Description

Prepare Continental dishes as per standard recipes and presentation.

Handle sections like Pizza, Pasta, Sandwiches, Burgers, Salads, Sauces & Grills as required.

Do daily mise en place and ensure all ingredients are ready before service.

Maintain food quality, taste, portion size and presentation.

Follow proper food hygiene and safety standards.

Check freshness and quality of ingredients.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstation.

Coordinate with CDP/Sous Chef during service.

Follow FIFO and proper food storage practices.

Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.

Support the team during busy hours and maintain timely order preparation.

Follow restaurant SOPs and instructions from senior chefs.
