Location: Keshav Nagar / Burari, New Delhi

Position: All-Rounder Chef / Multi-Cuisine Chef

Experience: 3–7 years preferred

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking All-Rounder Chef who can independently handle multiple cuisines and manage the kitchen efficiently.

Required Skills

The candidate should have good practical experience in:

North Indian Cuisine – Veg & Non-Veg

Chinese / Indo-Chinese

South Indian Cuisine

Indian starters, snacks & main course

Gravy, curry, dal, rice and biryani

Noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli dishes, etc.

Dosa, idli, sambhar, chutney and other South Indian items

Basic tandoor knowledge will be an added advantage

Food preparation, portion control and presentation

Kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

Maintaining food quality and consistency

Stock checking and minimizing food wastage

Ability to work independently during busy hours

Responsibilities

Prepare food according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.

Handle the kitchen independently when required.

Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.

Manage mise en place and daily kitchen preparation.

Coordinate with kitchen helpers and other staff.

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per food-safety standards.

Control wastage and maintain proper portion sizes.

Assist in menu preparation and introducing new dishes when required.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years relevant kitchen experience preferred.

Must be able to handle Veg + Non-Veg + Chinese + South Indian.

Should be reliable, disciplined and hardworking.

Should be able to manage rush hours.

Preference for candidates who can join immediately.

Salary

₹18000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and cooking skills.

Food/Meals: As per restaurant policy

Accommodation: Can be discussed, if required.
