For PMU Artist (Female)

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform PMU procedures such as Microblading, Ombre/Powder Brows, Lip Blush, Eyeliner and other approved PMU services.
• Conduct client consultations and understand individual requirements, expectations and suitability.
• Assess skin type, facial features and existing pigmentation before procedures.
• Create customized brow/lip designs based on facial symmetry and client preferences.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sterilization and infection-control protocols.
• Follow proper pre-procedure and aftercare protocols.
• Maintain accurate client records, consent forms and treatment documentation.
• Perform touch-ups and follow-up consultations when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional treatment area.
• Educate clients regarding aftercare, healing and expected results.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality and customer service.
• RequirementsCertification/training in Permanent Makeup / Microblading / PMU.
• Practical experience in PMU procedures preferred.
• Strong understanding of facial symmetry, skin types and colour theory.
• Good knowledge of PMU equipment, pigments and hygiene practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and steady hand skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and provide a comfortable client experience.

Portfolio of previous PMU work is preferred.

Laser Expert (Male and Female)

• Laser TreatmentsPerform laser-based aesthetic treatments as per clinic protocols, training and device indications.
• Operate different types of aesthetic laser and light-based equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform treatments such as:
• Laser Hair Reduction
• Carbon Laser / Carbon Peel
• Laser Toning
• Pigmentation-focused laser procedures
• Acne and acne-scar-related laser procedures
• Skin rejuvenation
• Other approved laser/light-based treatments offered by the clinic
• Conduct pre-treatment assessment and document relevant client information.
• Perform proper skin preparation and provide appropriate post-treatment care.
• Follow prescribed treatment parameters and device-specific safety protocols.
• Monitor clients during procedures and immediately report adverse reactions or unexpected responses to the supervising clinician.
• Hydrafacial & Skin TreatmentsPerform Hydrafacial and advanced facial treatments according to clinic protocols.
• Carry out cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and infusion procedures.
• Select appropriate treatment protocols based on the client's skin condition and treatment plan.
• Perform basic skin analysis before treatment.
• Provide suitable pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation of Hydrafacial equipment and treatment area.
• Client Consultation & CareExplain procedures, expected results, possible downtime and aftercare requirements clearly.
• Maintain a professional and comfortable client experience.
• Obtain and maintain required treatment documentation and consent forms.
• Maintain before-and-after photographs according to clinic policy.
• Schedule and follow up on treatment sessions where required.
• Escalate medical concerns, contraindications or unexpected reactions to the supervising doctor/clinician.
• Safety & HygieneStrictly follow infection-control, hygiene and sterilization protocols.
• Use appropriate PPE and safety equipment, including laser safety eyewear where applicable.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines for every device.
• Maintain treatment-room cleanliness and equipment hygiene.
• Maintain proper records of device usage, maintenance and treatment parameters where required.
• RequirementsCertification/training in Laser Therapy, Aesthetic Treatments, Skin Therapy or Cosmetology.
• Practical experience operating aesthetic laser/light-based devices preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Hydrafacial or similar advanced facial systems preferred.
• Good understanding of skin types, pigmentation and common skin concerns.
• Knowledge of laser safety and contraindications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming and a client-friendly attitude.

• Adjust massage pressure and techniques according to client comfort and treatment requirements.
• Maintain professional boundaries and appropriate draping throughout every session.
