Customer Assistance Manager_Personal Loan-Hardship Assistance Unit_New Delhi
- Manage customer assistance specifically for personal loan hardship cases, ensuring effective resolution and support. - Oversee communication and coordination with customers facing financial difficulties related to personal loans. - Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate hardship assistance processes and improve customer satisfaction. - Handle escalations and provide guidance to junior staff in the hardship assistance unit. - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies in all customer interactions. - Maintain accurate records and reports related to hardship assistance cases. - Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the personal loan hardship assistance services. - Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and customer-centric solutions. - Drive initiatives to reduce loan defaults through proactive customer engagement and assistance. - Foster a customer-first approach while balancing risk and compliance requirements.Job role
