Job Description

We are hiring Telecalling Executives for customer calling and support work.

Job Role:

  • Make outbound calls to customers
  • Share information about products/services
  • Handle customer queries politely
  • Follow up with leads and maintain records
  • Achieve daily calling targets

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English)
  • Comfortable in calling and talking to customers
  • Basic computer knowledge
