Experience : 6 Month to 2 years in Tele Sales
Location : Lawrence Road Industrial Area, New Delhi 110035 ( Nearby Metro: Keshavpuram, AShok park Main, Shakurpur)
Industry : Cutting Machines
Education: Any Graduate
Role Summary:
Handling Indiamart, Tradeindia Like B2b Plateform, Generating Sales leads, Follow up with Customer and teams till order executions and advance payments,, to be work with the sales team for back end follow ups and to the existing customers for taking feedback and complaints over call
Key Responsibilities:
Convert inbound/outbound justdial /indiamart leads into sales
Communicate with clients professionally over calls
Manage and update client details on CRM
Coordinate with the team for product stock and delivery
Build strong client relationships for repeat business
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Confident in handling calls and client queries
Basic understanding of stock/inventory is a plus
Graduation preferred | Freshers welcome
Priority: Immediate Joiner
