Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Client Relationship Manager to manage client communication and ensure smooth execution across order processing and delivery.

This role goes beyond basic customer handling. You will be responsible for managing client expectations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of all commitments.

You will represent the company in front of clients with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.

 *Key Responsibilities* 

• Client Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for clients

Handle queries, complaints, and feedback in a clear and professional manner

Share accurate timelines and ensure proper expectation setting

• Order Lifecycle Management

Manage the complete process: Order → Processing → Dispatch → Delivery → Payment follow-up

Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams

Ensure timely execution and zero communication gaps

• Problem Resolution

Take ownership of issues and ensure closure

Resolve concerns proactively; escalate only when necessary with solutions

• Task & Priority Management

Handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously

Track pending queries, order status, and payments

Prioritize work based on urgency and business impact

• Customer Retention

Build long-term relationships with clients

Identify repeat business opportunities

Maintain balance between customer satisfaction and business goals

• Reporting

Maintain regular updates on client issues, resolution timelines, and pending tasks

Ensure accountability in response time and communication quality

Requirements

1–3 years experience in CRM / Customer Handling / Operations

Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)

Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible

Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently

Practical, solution-focused mindset

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Location

Candidates should be within 30–45 minutes travel distance from the office.
