Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Air Retention Campaign Executives to join our Air Ticket Booking team. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their travel requirements, supporting customer retention campaigns, and encouraging customers to continue booking air tickets through the company.

Candidates with prior experience in travel, air ticketing, customer service, or telecalling will be preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Contact existing and prospective customers as part of air ticket booking and retention campaigns.

Understand customer requirements, travel plans, and booking-related queries.

Follow up with customers to encourage repeat bookings and improve customer retention.

Provide information about air ticket booking services and assist customers with relevant queries.

Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.

Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and update interaction details in the system.

Build positive customer relationships and ensure a satisfactory customer experience.

Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and campaign performance targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates with experience in travel, air ticketing, customer service, telecalling, or retention campaigns will be preferred.

Freshers may also apply if they demonstrate strong communication skills and suitability for the role.

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle queries and objections.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
