Customer Support Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a enthusiastic, sincere, and results-driven Female Inside Sales Executive to handle daily incoming customer leads from IndiaMART for our range of Laser Machines. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing B2B telecalling, understanding customer requirements, and converting potential inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Call Management: Promptly attend, manage, and follow up on daily calls and inquiries coming through the IndiaMART portal.
• Requirement Gathering: Engage with potential buyers to accurately understand their technical/business requirements for laser machines.
• Product Explanation: Pitch appropriate laser machine models based on client needs and guide them through product features and pricing.
• Lead Tracking: Maintain daily call records, manage lead status, and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals.
• Lead Nurturing: Build strong rapport with clients to drive sales conversions and repeat inquiries.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer handling (Experience in B2B machinery/industrial sales is a plus).
• Portal Knowledge: Prior experience handling IndiaMART leads and CRM/inquiry portals is highly preferred.
