Job Description
New position - Customer Support
Roles and Responsibilities :-
1- Voice & WhatsApp Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer care calls and manage WhatsApp support chats with prompt, professional, and accurate responses.
2- Email Management: Process customer emails, inquiries, and support tickets in a timely and structured manner.
3- Customer Retention: Make proactive retention calls to address customer concerns, understand dissatisfaction points, and successfully retain accounts.
4- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries regarding products, services, billing, or shipping.
5- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and retention outcomes in the internal CRM or tracking system
Salary max. Fresher - 13K to 15K per Month (based on the interview discussion) and Experience - 0.6 months to 1.5 years - 15K to 17K per month (based on the interview discussion)
Training period - 4 days
Mok test - Mandatory after training
location - Kriti Nagar (Head office)
