Customer Support Manager International Logistics And Courier

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager to manage the customer service team, handle customer escalations, supervise documentation, and ensure smooth coordination with internal departments in an international logistics company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the customer support team.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

Coordinate with operations, billing, and other departments.

Supervise shipment-related documentation and maintain accurate records.

Monitor shipment status and ensure timely customer updates.

Prepare team performance reports and maintain service quality.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

4–7 years of experience in customer support or customer service management.

Experience in international logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or shipping is preferred.

Practical knowledge of documentation and shipment coordination.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Good team management skills and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience managing customer support teams in international logistics companies will be preferred.
