Job Description
Deliver products and goods to customers safely and on time.
Ensure that all orders are delivered to the correct address.
Check the products and order details before delivery.
Communicate politely with customers and maintain good customer relations.
Handle cash and online payments properly and maintain accurate records.
Update delivery records and submit reports to the supervisor.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery vehicle.
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and delivery procedures.
Report to duty on time and complete assigned delivery targets.
Inform the supervisor about any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints.
